Manual, Pneumatic, Electric, Electronic, Battery, and Hydraulic Torque wrenches submitted without a PO or without specific instructions on a PO, will be calibrated in a Clockwise rotation only.
Manual click, beam, and dial torque wrenches submitted without a PO or without specific instructions on a PO, will be calibrated to a 4% accuracy.
If customer wishes a pressure gauge to be calibrated to manufacturers specification, please indicate manufacturer and model on the PO, otherwise, they will be addressed as described below.
Pressure gauges over 10K psi submitted without a PO or without specific instructions on a PO, will be calibrated to +/- 1.5% accuracy.
Pressure gauges 10K psi and smaller, submitted without a PO or without specific instructions on a PO, that are 4 inches and are non-adjustable will be calibrated to 1.5% accuracy. Adjustable pressure gauges will be calibrated to 1.0% accuracy.
Pressure gauges submitted without a PO or without specific instructions on a PO, smaller than 4 inches will be calibrated to 2% accuracy.
Calibration intervals are determined by the end user.
Calibration certificates are accessible via QR code and unique web address on a public server.
Tools that have failed calibration will be held for 60 days for inspection and may be returned at customer’s request. After 60 days the tools will be discarded.
